Terms of Use
The Terms of Use of the iSend.gr platform for sending SMS & Viber messages. Last updated: March 2026.
YOUR ACCOUNT IS ACTIVE! WELCOME TO ISEND.
1. General
The iSend.gr platform is a service of KONET, based in Thessaloniki, Greece. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use. KONET reserves the right to modify the terms at any time, notifying users by email or by a notice on the platform.
2. Description of the Service
iSend.gr provides bulk SMS and Viber messaging services, marketing automations, contact management, QR codes, a Popup Builder, a REST API and detailed reports. The service is intended exclusively for businesses and professionals.
3. Registration & Account
Use of the platform requires registration with valid contact details (name, email, phone, company). The user is responsible for keeping their access credentials (username, password, API tokens) confidential and for all activity carried out through their account.
4. Acceptable Use
The user undertakes that they:
- Will use the service in accordance with applicable law (Greek and European)
- Will send messages only to recipients who have given explicit consent (opt-in)
- Will not send spam, misleading or illegal content
- Will respect recipients' unsubscribe requests (opt-out / STOP)
- Will not use the service for phishing, fraud or malicious activity
5. Fees & Payments
Fees are based on the SMS credit plans chosen by the user. Prices do not include VAT (24%). The platform automatically refunds credits for messages that were not delivered (failed). KONET reserves the right to change prices with 30 days' prior notice.
6. Sender ID
The user may use a custom Sender ID (alphanumeric sender name). KONET bears no liability for any infringement of third-party rights through the use of a Sender ID. KONET reserves the right to remove any Sender ID used in breach of the terms.
7. SMS Credit Rollover Policy
The SMS credits included in your subscription follow this policy:
Monthly Subscription
Each month you receive the SMS credits of your plan. Unused credits roll over to the next month but expire at the end of it. In other words, each credit is valid for 2 months: the month it was credited and the following one. The oldest credits are always used first.
Annual Subscription
With an annual subscription, credits are not credited in one lump sum. They are spread equally over 12 monthly installments and follow the same rollover rule: each installment is valid for 2 months.
Additional Credits (Top-ups)
Credits purchased as a top-up are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, regardless of subscription type, and are used after the subscription credits.
Grace Period
If the subscription expires, the account continues to operate normally for 7 days and then in read-only mode, without sending, for another 7 days. If there is an unused credit balance, the grace period is extended to 30 days from expiry. If the subscription is renewed within the grace period, the credits are kept. After the grace period ends, all subscription credits are reset to zero.
Order of Consumption
Credits are always used in order of age, oldest first (FIFO). This ensures they are used before they expire.
8. Limitation of Liability
KONET makes every effort to ensure the continuous operation and reliability of the service. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and bears no liability for damages arising from delays, service interruptions or failure to deliver messages due to third-party network providers.
9. Termination
KONET reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of the Terms of Use, sending of spam or illegal content. The user may request termination of their account at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by Greek law. The courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction. For any question, contact us at isend.gr/contact.
