1. Introduction

KONET (hereinafter "we"), owner of the iSend.gr platform, respects and protects your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU 2016/679) and Greek law. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what your rights are.

2. Data We Collect

A. Registration data:

• First and last name
• Contact email
• Phone number
• Company name

B. Usage data:

• SMS/Viber sending history
• Delivery reports and statistics
• IP address and technical access data

C. Contact data: The contact data you import into the platform (phone numbers, names, custom fields) belongs exclusively to you. We store and process it only to operate the service.

3. Purpose of Processing

• Providing the SMS/Viber messaging service
• Technical support and customer service
• Invoicing and financial administration
• Improving the platform and user experience
• Compliance with legal obligations

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on: (a) performance of a contract, for providing the service, (b) legitimate interest, for service improvement and security, (c) consent, for marketing updates, (d) legal obligation, for tax documents.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. SMS messages are sent through licensed telecommunications providers as part of delivering the service. Data is stored on servers within the European Union.

6. Data Security

We apply technical and organizational security measures: SSL/TLS encryption, token-based authentication, rate limiting, firewall, regular backups and access restricted to authorized personnel.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right of:

• Access - to find out which of your data we process
• Rectification - to request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure - to request deletion of your data
• Portability - to receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection - to object to the processing
• Withdrawal of consent - at any time, without retroactive effect

8. Retention Period

Account data is retained for as long as the account is active. After a subscription expires without renewal, contacts are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically. After an account deletion request and the lapse of 30 days, contacts and related personal data are deleted and account details are anonymized, unless the law requires longer retention (tax and invoicing records: for as long as tax law requires).

9. Cookies

The platform uses only the technical cookies strictly necessary for its operation (session, CSRF protection). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
